In my lifetime, I have neither worked out in a gym nor played a card game in a casino. I would be 10 times more comfortable giving the latter a try.

Even though I feel better after, eating healthy is rather boring.

but if you are thinking about trying to get in shape I highly suggest the p90x. I'm a week into it and its NO JOKE.

I knew i was outta shape, but not this outta shape. you wont make it through a complete workout without stopping the first couple weeks

I like it because you can do it in the comfort of your home

I got a pair of the Nike Free Run +'s a week or so ago and I love them. Most of the reviews I read on them said they might make your feet sore the first few times wearing them (you use muscles you wouldn't normally use) but I haven't had any. I haven't run in them yet but will soon. Very comfortable.

Went to the gym during lunch, saw a guy soaking wet and buck naked lathering himself up with soap from the soap dispenser in front of the sink next to the urinals. I don't know what the fuck he was doing. My only guess is he got in the shower and realized he had no soap, then got out of the shower (without drying himself off or atleast putting on a towel) and walked to where the soap dispensers are in the bathroom to get some soap. What a freakshow. There was a huge puddle by where he was standing too. Thanks, guy.

Also and plus, he was sans flip flops. There is probably tons of piss/germs where he was standing. So gross.

Had my first ever session with a personal trainer today. More than solid workout and he took it easy. I'd suggest it for anyone who wants/needs some motivation.

1st session was free, but it's like 35 or 40 bucks for an hour session

Yep, I can't complain. My office manager pays like $75 for 45 minutes at the shit gym in my building.

I'm only going to see the PT once a week.
