Cheesecake Factory is woefully overrated, IMO.

I drove past 2 Waffle Houses to get to IHOP. I like Waffle House, but wanted IHOP.

I've only been to Cheesecake Factory once. I was neither underwhelmed nor overly impressed. I need another visit or two to really decide about that place, though the piece of cheesecake I got was outstanding.

I mean how high is it "rated" for it to be considered overrated?

They have a massive menu, so find something you like and go with it.

their shrimp BLT is a huge, very good sandwich and the orange chicken is solid. Better for a meal where you want to stick around and get cheesecake obviously.

The setup at the north shore mall is perfect. PF Changs for the meal, and cheesecake taken home for dessert from next door.

I think its one of the best chains

Burgers are decent
Sandwiches are huge

2 slam dunks are meatloaf and shepherds pie

tex mex egg rolls are good

Can't remember. I've only been a few times, and I thought it was overrated. Not bad, but it wasn't great.

Again, how high is it really rated?

I mean...overrated to me is going to a high end place and being disappointed. Wouldn't expect any chain type place to be amazingly delicious.
