Fantasy College Football

Anyone playing this year?

My annual keeper league draft starts this week, via email. 17 roster spots, including a "redshirt" you can use to stash a player, though if you play him you lose that redshirt spot for the season. Everyone keeps a minimum of 10 players unless you have more that graduate/leave school.

I have 5 spots available. Obviously, even in a 10 team BCS/Independents league, the number of keepers makes the draft slim pickings. Adding Utah and BYU helps, but the main focus is incoming impact freshmen and others who are certain to take over a job. I hope to grab Isaiah Crowell with my 7th overall pick, but I'm not sure he makes it to me.

Wingo and Johnson are both decent. Could be a committee. The Green kid is in the mix as well.

Joined a college league for the first time and I'm woefully unprepared.

I have the first overall pick. Do I even think about it or just pick Landry Jones?

This mock had Landry 8th. I think this was released the day of or maybe the day before Knile got hurt.
