Pittsburgh and NYR are battling it out, separated by one point for the top spot in the East. Here's hoping that they both kill each other going all out to get the top seed and both have nothing left in the tank for their first round matchups. The "loser" of that battle gets Philly in round 1, which should be a blood bath for either team. The loser gets a possible match up with the red hot Sabres or the ever underperforming Capitals, both dangerous. I love this time of year.

The Sabres smoked the Caps last night. If Buffalo makes it the #1 seed in the East had better be on their toes or they will be out, pronto.
The Bruins are getting healthier and I'd still prefer to see Horton not wearing a suit every game but they are getting healthy and playing a lot better than they had been during that dry spell.
