so will Youk marry a Chicago slam pig as well?
The Orangemen are just a rock-solid, consistent winner that hasn't suffered a losing season since 1968-69.

Crawford, Ellsbury and Sweeney all in the OF tonight for Portland, playing in Manchester. Lugz......how far of a drive is that for you?

fucking joke of a team. Went to my 2nd game of the year Saturday night, OD being the other. Took my 18 month old to her first game at Fenway (took her to Wrigley in June). Left after 6, Sox up 2-1. Had to listen to that debacle on the radio.

Place was as dead as I ever remember seeing it. Maybe cause I parked near BU and kids are home for summer, but the whole area seemed like a ghost town.

I saw some scalper living in a cardboard box.....

A former poster told me yesterday that he stopped reading the game recaps in the Globe a week ago.

I did that about 10 years ago.

Shockingly I'm still getting above face on Stubhub for these chumps. This will surely change when school is back in session.

Luckily for me I had already gotten rid of a lot of September games and I probably only have 4 or 5 games left. Those games that I do have include teams that have players that I do want to see (Angels + Pujols, KC with Gordon, TB + Orioles fighting for a playoff spot). Besides, I'll be taking the kids in and they don't care who is playing.

you really want to see Alex Gordon?

I've had to dump several pairs for about half price and even eaten some. My seats aren't that good though (RF BOX). Figures I was on the waiting list for like 7 years and when I finally get them, the team sucks.

I do like Gordon. For someone who was converted from a 3B he's a good outfielder and I think his bat will come around...eventually. The Royals have Butler too, as well as some others who care, which is something that I'm not accustomed to seeing from the Sox for a little while now. Eating tickets sucks.
