Barstool Sports NY March Madness Bracket Tourney – Sign Up Today!
Ok as everyone knows kmarko’s favorite time of year is just around the corner. Obviously I’m talking about March Madness which is like birthday, Christmas, Hannukah, and 4th of July all rolled into one. I can’t fucking wait. I almost don’t want it to get here because I think my fucking head might explode from excitement. It’s just that awesome to me. Anyway now is as good a time as ever to announce the first annual Barstool New York bracket tournament hosted by kmarko and KFC. And by hosted I mean we took 2 seconds to sign up for this online.
And just when you think this is just another sign up for free, submit 5 brackets and hope for a big pat on the back if you win contest, well not so fast. Yup the big winner of the BSNY tourney will win a $500 gift certificate to a steakhouse in NYC to be chosen shortly. We got it narrowed down to 2 or 3 but trust us when we say we ain’t talking about Applebees here. No offense to Applebees. So think about your picks, watch all the TV specials, and put in your best bracket because you only get 1. Scoring is Yahoo Default with Seed Difference bonus. Basically a 1-2-4-8-16-32 format with bonus points for seed difference. There’s no option for just standard seed x round so this is the next best thing. If you’re too stupid to figure that out it means more points for picking upsets which of course separates the men from the boys. Obviously we’ll have some consolation prizes like t-shirts and hats and KFC’s paycheck which will be figured out shortly. But for now just get in there to reserve your spot because there are only 500 spots available. So if you like March Madness, competition, steak, and free shit I highly recommend you strike while the iron’s hot.

i’ve been on this site for months now, waking up to smokeshows and laughing my ass off to “Does this look like….” articles. however, it took the incentive of competition, steak, and possibly a free t-shirt to finally register
I’m in. However if I win I will only accept steak at Peter Luger.
Just wondering can Boston barstoolers play? I usually read both sites. It would be fun to take on you New Yorkers. But If I come in first that prize won’t get use for me, since I only been to NY once for a Sox/Yankee game. And I don’t plan on going there soon. I’m not a big college fan but I do research and sometimes get lucky doing March Madness.
