Charles Gaines Knocks Some Asian Dude The Fuck Out In Hoops Game
Nowpublic – A playoff game in China’s basketball league was marred by an ugly on-court attack. Charles Gaines of Xinjiang Guanghui viciously punched Guangdong forward Du Feng after Guandong won the game 85-80. Charles Gaines punched Du Feng in the face and appeared to knock him out cold.
Always great when someone gets punched in the face in a hoops game but I’m not sure I get the Asian custom for the post-punch? Like apparently everyone in the crowd thought the Chinese dude was dead. Hmm I wonder why they thought that?

Flop and whine to the refs etc etc. Well yeah I’m sure Charles Gaines complained about a foul at some point in the game. Japan is not China. Nor is Japan commonly considered “Eastern” due to it’s capitalist economy, and western liberal democracy. At least not since we took them under our wing post-WWII. As for the Jap auto industry, last I heard Toyota’s were piece of shit death machines, so they got that going for them.
