Giants Cut Brandon Jacobs
No surprise here really. Everyone saw the writing in the wall with the way the relationship between the giants and Jacobs was deteriorating. Between the constant chirping in the papers to the throwing the helmet into the crowd to the diminished production, it was clear Jacobs’ time in new York was coming to an end.
As a Jets fan I couldn’t stand Jacobs. Mostly because the Jets caught so much heat for talking shit when Jacobs would run his mouth more than anybody in the city. But at the end of the day, the dude finished up with 2 Super Bowl rings. Nothing you can say to deny that.
