I just got off the train a few blocks away just after it happened. There are always a lot of cops in that area, this morning everyone of them had a look of horror in their faces. If this happened in virtually any other city this guy might still be on the loose or possibly would have hurt more people. Go blue. I still think this is the safest big city on the planet.
