The sun is shining a little brighter. The air a little crisper. Food tastes that much better. Because my New York Jets are sitting atop the AFC East, 2-0 in division play.

Darelle Revis is probably gone for the season.
And it took every ounce of luck and effort to beat Ryan Tannenhill, Ray Finkle and the Dolphins.
But for right now, the Jets are sitting in first place. 2 Division wins. The game against San Fran doesn’t look so daunting anymore, and the Pats have given us a little breathing room. So I, for one, am just gonna enjoy the next few hours before the news of Darelle Revis’ torn ACL is official and the season is over.
