I’ve done this shit before. So I’ll give a short primer.
- Open up photoshop (paint.net will do)
1. Layers —> Add new layer
2. Paint bucket tool —> fill new layer with color
3. Double click layer in layers and set opacity to 50%
4. Use eraser tool of various sizes to reveal parts
5. When done, set opacity back to 100% and save
