Rangers Survive, Game Seven Here We Come
Getting to game seven was one hell of a ride. Between the early goal against, a shitty first period, two armageddon-inducing power play goals, Chris Kreider’s first professional (game winning) goal and that absolutely ridiculous non-no-goal call with less than a minute to go, I don’t know what to say. I’m at a loss after this win.
And honestly, KFC texting me about a post game post at the literal moment that bullshit Neil kick went in was just the cherry on top of some literally legendary mush cake. For crying out loud, you couldn’t make this shit up. But it didn’t cost us the game so I’ll let it slide this time… Full breakdown coming tomorrow, but for now we take a breath, and a drink. wasnt kicked, but the goaltending interference has merit
only a complete idiot would say that wasn’t kicked. or that there wasn’t enough evidence to show it. puck wasn’t even gonna make it to the goal line. his skate went in the exact same direction and the puck when it gained momentum. not to mention his body was going in a completely diff direction as his skate.
