The Islanders In Action For Saturday’s Fan Duel Challenge, I Think I’m Officially An Isles Fan
Big night for Fan Duel and the Barstool cities. Bruins square off against the Flyers in a Boston/Philly Showdown. But more importantly the Islanders are in action Saturday night. I think I’m officially adopting the Islanders as my hockey team. One of 2 things could happen – 1) The KFC Jinx holds true and they get even worse, although it doesn’t seem physically possible that could happen. 2) The reverse KFC Jinx occurs. Because I don’t give a fuck about the NHL the sports Gods will mock me and turn the Islanders into a legit team while the Mets and Jets continue to toil in obscurity. Either way, I’m riding with Tavares and the Isles from here on out. Me and Craig Stanley just rooting for the Islanders and slapping girls asses. Here we go.

Lets be real here, I wouldn’t wish the Ranger/Jet/Mets upon anyone also. 3 Championship in 54 years and perennial losers in their brief runs to conference finals games. Rangers in 12, Met in 06, Jets in 09,10 but their fans want commemorative videos to honor those “great runs”. I know a bunch of kids who are Devils/Yankees/Giants fans, that’s the golden standard around here. 3 organizations where winning is the only thing acceptable with HOF like Marty, Mariano and Eli cashing in titles left and right.
