The Most Ridiculous Edited For TV Movie Lines
Tremendous compilation. I’ve narrowed it down to the two worst/best depending on how you look at this -
1) The Departed – “We would be SLOPPY. You calling us SLOPPY?”
Cunts is not even CLOSE to Sloppy. And its all slow motion sounding. Like in Home Alone when Kevin talks into his Talk Boy and plays it back all slow. “Howdy Do. This is Peter McAllister, the FATHERRRR…credit card? YOU GOT ITTT.”
2) Big Lebowski – “You see what happens Larry? You see what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps!”
Apparently if you meet a stranger in the Alps you get your car vandalized.
Curiously absent from this compilation? White Men Can’t Jump. It is the absolute worst movie to watch on television when it comes to censoring curse words. They legit have to re-write the whole script. Its like a sequel. An entirely different film. I’m pretty sure in the TV version Billy Hoyle actually can jump. The whole thing is fucked.

It’s missing Kill Bill’s “My name is Buck, and I like to PARTY!“
What about Pulp Fiction on TNT?
Major League: “Strike this TURKEY out!”
Slap Shot went to a silent movie
ButtsMcNutts
I’m better. You’re 100% right. Not making mention of I’ll strike this turkey out is maybe my biggest miscue as a blogger so far.
That, and posting that underage smokeshow. Its a toss up.
The Larry T Williams blog was/is your finest work to date.
Good call on slap shot… think it was something like “Suzzane sucks water!”
The Professional. Changed bullshit to bullsquash.
silence of the lambs, i can smell your cunt to i can smell your scent
Die Hard with a Vengeance
Yippee-ki-yay, melonfarmer
Hands down winner
The worst is Billy Madison
He called the poop POOP!
Clark: Excuse me, could you please tell me how to get back on the express way?
Pimp: Fuck yo mama!
Clark: Thank you very much.
Clark: [Edited TV version] Excuse me. Could you please tell how to get back on the expressway?
Pimp: Man, who do I look like, Christopher “Columbo”
Clark: Thank you very much.
Big Lewbowski was def the worst one
no doubt best is im tired of these monkey fighting snakes on this monday to friday plane
Most writers/directors let whoever just replace the words, but the Coen brothers hate censorship so they intentionally replace swears with ridiculous language. Pretty good.
Taylor. That is all.
