I love looking back to this past January when everyone was grasping for straws trying to say the Jets actually hurt themselves by making hte AFC Championship game because they would be handcuffed this offseason with the new free agency rules. Well, one of the most talented corners, one of the most talented receivers, and a future hall of famer later, and I think we can all agree Tannenbaum did just fine for himself.
And as much as I feel bad for David Clowney in this situation, reading that tweet and knowing the context behind it is absolutely one of the funniest things I have ever seen on Twitter. Keep your head up, brotha!

The Jets are serious. I’m a Giants fan and even I can admit that they stack up with any team in the NFL on paper.
They remind me of the Giants 3 years ago… unproven QB, disgusting D, real good receiving corps and a solid line. They’ll improve on 9-7 this year.
